    • Abenaki Self-Help Association – Mission is to improve the socio-economic and educational conditions of community members.
    • Landscape Change Program Project– a web-based digital archive of photographs documenting two centuries of landscape change while introducing you to geology, human-induced landscape change, and various forms of computer technology. The project is funded by the National Science Foundation and the University of Vermont.
    • The Old Stone House Museum– The school is history, but the monumental 30-room dormitory Twilight built still serves to instruct and inspire. Today it houses the collection of the Orleans County Historical Society. Included in its exhibits are furniture, decorative arts, folk art, paintings, textiles, costumes, kitchenware, farm and trade tools. A small research library may be used by appointment. Genealogical research assistance is also available.

    • Vermont Historical Society – The Vermont Historical Society is the only organization in Vermont that collects artifacts, books, and documents that reflect the entire history of the state, including every geographical area and every chronological period. We have been preserving the history that makes Vermont a special place to live, work, and visit since 1838.
